Leanne Robers

Leanne Robers is an entrepreneur, psychotherapist, tech investor and Co-Founder of She Loves Tech, the world’s largest startup competition and acceleration platform for women-led and women-impact technology startups. She created Girls Love Tech in partnership with the Singapore government’s Infocomm Media Development Authority (IMDA) in 2022, inspiring the next generation of girls to explore technology and innovation. Since 2015, She Loves Tech has grown from a single-country initiative into a global platform spanning 76 countries, with a pipeline of 15,000 women-led tech startups.

Leanne’s work brings together two worlds rarely explored in tandem: the external demands of building ambitious companies and the internal psychology of the people leading them. With more than 13 years of therapeutic practice, she integrates psychology, neuroscience and psychosomatic approaches to help founders and executives manage stress, navigate uncertainty, overcome limiting patterns, and lead with greater clarity and resilience. Trained in trauma-informed modalities including EMDR and TRE®, she also co-leads the program with her father, Dr. Harold Robers, a pioneer of clinical psychology in Southeast Asia. 

As an angel investor and Limited Partner in venture capital funds, Leanne supports founders and innovations with the potential to create meaningful change. She is also an Advisor and Venture Partner at Cocoon Capital, extending her impact across Asia’s startup and investment ecosystem. Leanne has been recognized internationally as an Obama Leader Asia-Pacific, Booking.com’s Tech Playmaker of the Year and Champion of Change and one of Singapore’s Top 100 Women in Tech by IMDA. In 2023, she received the Monte-Carlo Woman of the Year Award from Prince Albert II and Princess Charlene of Monaco. She also serves on the Council of the Singapore Kindness Movement and the committee for Community Chest. 

Drawing on her experience as both a founder and psychotherapist, Leanne understands that the way leaders build is deeply shaped by how they think, feel and respond under pressure. Her work helps them develop the psychological awareness and inner resilience required to lead, grow and create lasting impact.
