The fellowship program is the human capital support provided to our fellows. It aims to equip our fellows with the necessary skills to grow their business and to enhance their leadership by drawing on the experience and expertise of industry leaders, academics, ecosystem enablers and entrepreneurs, while also enabling peer learning.
Being part of the Cartier Women's Initiative community means being championed by a powerful network that truly believes in your potential. It’s a community that not only opens doors to speaking engagements and opportunities, but actively spotlights and uplifts its fellows every step of the way.
Fellows will have many high-visibility speaking opportunities throughout their Cartier Women’s Initiative journey. This foundational program, delivered online to all fellows, in groups and individually, focuses on the essentials of high-performance communications.

Participating in the Cartier Women's Initiative taught us a lot, and boosted our self-confidence and morale. The team feels that it has an impetus to grow, and help society.
As one of the world’s leading business schools, INSEAD brings together people, cultures and ideas to develop responsible leaders who transform business and society. The school's research, teaching and partnerships reflect this global perspective and cultural diversity.
The INSEAD Women's Impact Entrepreneurship Program is a 3-day executive leadership program that deepens fellows’ knowledge on how to manage, scale, finance and measure their impact based on their positioning on the impact entrepreneurship life-cycle. Live cases methodology allows fellows to learn about each other’s businesses and receive practical suggestions from experts and peers.
Based on jury feedback and action plans, developed during the INSEAD Program, fellows choose their preferred human capital development track. While the objectives of this training vary depending on each fellow's specific needs, potential topics may include:
Impact measurement: Develop systems to define, measure and track the social, environmental and business impact of the organization.
Strategic finance: Strengthen financial planning through financial modeling, unit economics analysis and the structuring of growth capital strategies.
Fundraising and investor management: Build and execute fundraising strategies by diversifying funding sources, managing investor relationships and preparing effectively for capital raises.
Revenue growth and sales strategy: Design and refine business development and client retention strategies, with clear execution systems and defined sales pipelines across B2B, B2C, partnerships and distribution channels.
Organizational management: Enhance leadership and team effectiveness through role clarity, performance alignment, inclusive team culture development, governance and advisory board structures and strengthening the CEO’s leadership role.
In addition to the 1:1 customized training, fellows benefit from 3 individual sessions with their jury members to receive feedback and support. They can also connect with hundreds of entrepreneurs, investors, academics, advisors and ecosystem leaders, committed to supporting women impact entrepreneurs via our community platform.

Over 6 months, each fellow receives 8 hours of intensive 1:1 leadership coaching sessions with a certified coach. The Women's Impact Alliance coaches work with the fellows to help them achieve their personal and professional goals. Rather than directly advising the fellows, the coaches guide them and help them realize their strengths.
Impact entrepreneurs, like all of us, need support to cope with emerging challenges, develop the capacity to be well despite experiencing fear, anxiety, frustration, and many other emotions, and practice self-care. No matter what challenges or obstacles we face, it is essential to remember that we must take good care of ourselves to care for others.
Different events and activities will be organized around self-care and well-being throughout the fellowship journey.
