Jamie Soon-Kesteloot
Dr. Jamie Soon-Kesteloot lives where science, law and business collide — and turns that collision into strategy. Her mission? To make intellectual property less about paperwork and more about power — helping innovators, and especially women, turn great ideas into real-world impact.
Dr Jamie Soon is a scientist and Intellectual Property (IP) strategist bridging innovation, law and business. She holds a doctorate in Nanotechnology and a Masters in Law, and has been recognized as a Skills Future Fellow — Singapore's highest skills award for individuals — and named among the world's Top 300 Intellectual Property (IP) Strategists by the prestigious Intellectual Asset Management (IAM) magazine. Dr Soon works closely with the International and European Organisations on thought leadership in innovation and IP strategy, and serves as President of the International Institute for IP Management (I3PM) and jury member of the Cartier Women's Initiative, championing IP protection as a core leadership skill — particularly for women innovators worldwide.
